Effective Football Club Administration (EFCA)

Running a Club and Developing Youth Football  


EFCA courses are a modular programme aimed at increasing the effectiveness of club officials working in grassroots football. 
 
 
 

Module: Running a Club & Developing Youth Football

  • Defines role of club secretary
  • Outlines the club’s obligations to its League and County FA
  • Lists the benefits of including young people in the club
  • Identifies factors that contribute to a quality youth section
  • Lists ways of obtaining help from the community to support youth football
  • Guidance on child protection issues for clubs
Who should attend?
Club secretaries who are new in post or want to find a more effective way of working, 
Community organisations looking to develop football clubs,
Adult clubs looking to develop youth teams, 
Anyone who wants to gain an insight into running a club and the administrative side of football. 
 
Resources included
All attendees will receive the FA Club Administration Manual as well as a FA Certificate of Attendance.
 

Course Cost:  £ 15.00  (£5.00 Charter Standard Clubs)
