Equality Advisory Group |

|
At London FA we continue
to actively find measures to support all groups of people that play
football.
The Equality Advisory Group will support Gender, Race, Disability
and Sexual Orientation groups within the game. This group are
involved in helping the County build equality into creating Better
Players, helping grow and retain teams, assist in running the game
and raising standards.

that football needs to address with regards to equality |

To build wider
understanding of the benefits of Equality and diversity |

To advise The County FA on
an ongoing basis on policy and strategy with regards to certain
groups within the community (Ethnic minorities and emerging
communities, women & girls and people with a Disability). |

To receive issues for
consideration and feedback from County FA staff & Committees |

To promote a culture of
respect for all groups and communities and to champion equality
issues |

To promote and share good
practice in equality |

To consult and review the
effectiveness of The County FA’s strategy to achieve equality and
diversity. |

To ensure that the needs of
all groups and communities in football are met |

The group is currently at
its 4th meeting stage and are about to announce the Chairperson from
the group |
