Want to Train with Arsenal Ladies?
The programme is designed to support players as individuals who are excelling within their football clubs but aren’t quite at regional talent club standard. It will also complement any training or fixture programmes that players are doing with their grassroots clubs.
The programme has two levels to best support players.
Advanced offer
- Players are invited to trial and will be offered a season placement.
- Players will access 25 90-minute sessions from September to March, two half-term fixture festivals and two reviews to help monitor their progress.
- Players will be registered to an age group which will operate in two-year age brackets in the same way that regional talent clubs operate.
Age groups
- Five to eight-year-olds: Born between September 1, 2008 and August 31, 2011
- Under-10s: Born between September 1, 2006 and August 31, 2008
- Under-12s: Born between September 1, 2004 and August 31, 2006

- At the close of each term players will be issued with a personal report and will invited to re-join the programme for the following term or directed back to their clubs for further support.
