Please note that, upon applying you are committing, on behalf of your organisation, to ensuring that the activity you deliver will be fun and safe for everyone involved and that your organisation will: 

  • Adhere, at all times, to its safeguarding policies and procedures, including having a named designated safeguarding officer accessible on the day, overseeing activity
  • Have a qualified first aider, with appropriate equipment, available at all times during the activity (and provide evidence of the same to London FA)
  • Confirm that all coaches and others volunteering to work directly with girls at the activity, will have an accepted criminal records check that is less than three years old. Your CFA will provide guidance on who will need a check
  • Maintain an adequate policy of public liability insurance in relation to the activity (and shall provide a copy of any such insurance policy to the CFA upon request).

Once your application has been completed and accepted by London FA your organisation will receive ideas and resources to help you get lots of girls involved. 

Please note that London FA will only be able to accept applications from organisations who are (i) in the business of running events for and/or dealing with young people on a regular basis; and (ii) are able to comply fully with all of the bullet points set out above.
