Coaching  Opportunity with Red Star Walthamstow.

Red Star Walthamstow are an FA affiliated youth football club, formed from the local community in Walthamstow.  We currently have one team playing in the Hackney Marshes Saturday Youth League.

Our long serving coach is moving on and we therefore have an opportunity for a talented coach to take over as the team moves up to U10s in September.

We’re looking for a Level 2 coach or a good Level 1 coach with a true development ethos, who is looking for their next challenge. You would coordinate and run our Wednesday evening training sessions (5:30-7pm) in Walthamstow, and matches on Saturday mornings (10am) on Hackney Marshes.

This has been the team’s first season in the league and they have performed extremely well. They are enthusiastic, willing to learn and great to work with.

You will receive excellent support from two assistant coaches as well as parents and the committee.

You should hold a valid FA Criminal Records Check (CRC).

This is a voluntary role, though we would be able to reimburse travel expenses.
