An opportunity has arisen to join London FA as Designated Safeguarding Officer.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join London FA as a Designated Safeguarding Officer.

This role requires a person who has knowledge of safeguarding children and/or vulnerable groups’ legislation, in addition to working as a designated approach. The role requires a child-centred approach and the ability to maintain this perspective.

Experience of writing reports and compiling case file information is required, as is the ability to deal constructively with people’s emotions, such as upset, distress, conflict and animosity. The role also requires the successful candidate to have the capacity to handle confidential data/information sensitively.

The role also requires someone who has the ability to form good working relationships with internal and external customers.
