Applications are now open to all female coaches across the capital to join 100FC, our female coaching programme that aims to assist with support and funding to aid development.

Founded last year, 100FC is a game-changing programme backed by significant investment from the Wembley National Stadium Trust. In line with the FA’s national strategy for women’s and girls’ football, we are leading the drive regionally, with a three-year project to recruit and train 100 new female coaches per year through a funded coaching pathway.

100FC is a programme for females (16+) across London, who will be supported with their first steps in coaching including funding for coaching courses and coaching placements across a range of organisations.

The programme aims to address the dearth of female coaches in the capital and to support the rapidly increasing player participation numbers with a ready, willing and able workforce who have been given the opportunity to flourish in a safe and developmental coaching environment.

Successful applicants will receive ongoing support throughout their first two years on the programme.
