London FA have received reports that clubs are receiving emails from people in which it is reported they have been fined due to misconduct.

The misconduct process at London FA will only ever reach clubs via the Whole Game System (WGS). You may also receive an email from our discipline team at the London FA whose email address are verified.

If you receive any fines or misconduct charges, purported to be from your County FA, and you are unsure of the origin, always check with your local County FA before responding. You can contact us at discipline@londonfa.com where we will advise whether the charge is genuine or not.

We take false misconduct charges extremely seriously, especially after the ongoing events of the past year. Where possible, we will pursue disciplinary action against individuals for trying to falsify charges and refer case to Action Fraud other agencies accordingly.
