During Black History Month, London FA caught up with Trapped in Zone One as they announce the completion of their new community mural in Shadwell, finding out what makes Tower Hamlets proud to be a diverse borough.

Founder Bablu Miah had this to say on the project:

During October as part of our Black History Month project we asked what makes Tower Hamlets proud, our community mural represents the rich diversity of cultures that call the Shadwell their home. We also took this opportunity to honour the 85th anniversary of the Battle of Cable Street where people of all faiths and cultures united against fascism and make the London borough of Tower Hamlets and inclusive place for all.’

London FA are proud to support Trapped in Zone One in the creation of the new mural and all the work they do within the community. We cannot wait to see their follow up mural which will be created in Bow in 2022.
