‘Female Only’
Level 1 Coaching Course |

The London FA have
organised a Female Only Level 1 Course running at Burgess Park Astro
turf, Cobourg Road, Southwark, SE5 0JD in October 2010 on the 25th,
26th, 27th & 28th. |

|
|
This is a female friendly venue, which will hopefully
help attract more females onto the course. The course is designed as
an introduction for female coaches with little experience or
knowledge about coaching and it is the perfect first step on the
coaching ladder. It is aimed at females aged 16 + and no playing
experience is necessary, just lots of enthusiasm and motivation!
Due to funding from the Female Coach Development Programme, we are
able to offer the course at a subsidised rate of £70, normally this
course would cost £125.
Emma Barnes, Women’s & girls’ FDO, London FA said, ‘’ We are now
able to offer Female Level 1 courses on a more frequent basis due to
funding we have received and due to the demand. This is a fantastic
opportunity to take your first step on the coaching ladder and see
what is out there for you in terms of coaching opportunities in
London’’
