Balham FC Matchday Support

The club have recently moved to The Mayfield Stadium in Thornton Heath and require some volunteers to help on a matchday. Great chance to be part of Balham FC first team as it aims to improve on last year and get promoted to step 4 of the pyramid.

Junior Reds Football Club Team Manager/Coach - Mini Soccer teams

Location – Bexleyheath - DA6 7DA

Role Type –

To manage and coach Junior Reds mini soccer teams from Under-7s to Under-10s. The role will entail building a new team by selecting and recruiting players via our 'Saturday Soccer Club'; developing the players and participating on a Sunday in either the local Selkent or Tandridge Leagues.

The manager needs to be committed for a minimum one season; be reliable; have good organisational skills and possess good communication skills with both parents and players.

This is an ideal role for people interested in starting to manage a football team and to gain practical experience. Mini soccer have smaller numbers to manage from 5 players in a team to 7. You do not need an FA Coaching badge initially. Full support will be provided to achieve FA Level 1 accreditation in due course.

Cre8 Football Club - Chairperson

Cre8 FC is a forward thinking football club based in Croydon, keen to continue to help talented young footballers focus on progression through structured football activity in a positive environment. For the 20/21 season, we will have five teams, U9, U10, U18, U21 & U23.

The role of a chairperson is to oversee the running of the club/league and ensure that it is run efficiently and managed appropriately. They will lead club/league meetings and provide leadership in all areas such as club tournaments, etc.

What you will do?


- Chair the Committee meetings and AGM
- Direct general affairs of the club
- Lead the committee in making decisions for the benefit of the whole club including disciplinary matters
- Represent an unbiased viewpoint allowing free discussion to take place
- Have the casting vote on any unresolved club issues
- Assist the Club Secretary to produce agendas
- Represent the club at external meetings, when required
- Manage and oversee the work of officers and other club personnel
- Present the club’s annual report at the AGM

Ideally, you’ll need to be:

- A strong leader who can be objective
- Confident and a good communicator; able to represent the club at external meetings
- Able to ensure meetings run smoothly and efficiently
- Easy to approach with good listening skills-
- Well organised and happy to delegate
- Enthusiastic and motivating 

How much time will it take?
Approximately four hours per month

Spartan South Midlands Football League - General Secretary

Applications are invited for this very important post. Experience in football/sport administration at a senior level is required. This is a key post coordinating the work of this Step 5 League that covers a large geographical area with 55 member clubs and 3 Divisions, covering the counties of Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Huntingdonshire, Middlesex and parts of North London. 

Duties include:

Day to day administration of the League
Acting as Secretary to the Board and its Committees
Ensuring compliance with League & FA Rules and Directives
Supporting member clubs with their development & funding opportunities
Ensuring close liaison with League Chairman, Officers & Committee members

Applicants must have good oral and written communication skills, an eye for detail, good organisational skills and be proficient in the use of  computer applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Tandridge Youth Football League

Location – There are no restrictions om location the Committee meets monthly in Hayes, Bromley and League Meeting at Beckenham, Kent.

Role Type – Committee members to assist in Player Registrations, Fixtures, Cup Competitions and Trophy Events.

The Registration Secretary is an admin role, The Fixture Secretary allocates fixtures to certain age grouops and manages all postponed fixtures, to ensure that the season is completed. The Cup Competition and Trophy Events Role is one of organisation and control of all Cup Finals.

Haringey Borough WFC Volunteer Assistant Referee

Haringey Borough Women's Football Club are searching for someone to join the leadership team. Ideally with experience of running the line or refereeing, you will be looking to gain experience within a football environment with a team playing in the highly competitive 4th tier of women's football in England.

The successful candidate will be energetic, have a willingness to develop and learn and work alongside the rest of the leadership team. You will have a strong work ethic and be passionate about contributing to the teams success.

The role will include the important role of running the line for the team on match days, participating in leadership team meetings and other general duties such as helping to set up the changing rooms and pitch for match warm up, filling water bottles and supporting the leadership team. 

The team train twice per week at our home ground, Coles Park on White Hart Lane in Tottenham, London. Matches are played on Sunday's and home games can be to any of the Clubs within the Eastern Region League.

The role will include assessing, treating and managing injured players, as well as staying in regular communication with the leadership team regarding fitness levels, and oversee training and matches and players rehabilitation.

Young Stars Elite Coach / Volunteering
