100 FC 

We are excited to announce the launch of a game changing female coaching programme, backed by significant investment from Wembley National Stadium Trust. In line with the FA’s national strategy for women’s and girls’ football - which aims to double participation by 2020 - we are leading the drive regionally, with a 3 year project to recruit and train 100 new female coaches per year through a funded coaching pathway.

100 FC is a programme for females (16+) across London, who will be supported with their first steps in coaching including funding for coaching courses and coaching placements across a range of organisations.

The programme aims to address the dearth of female coaches in the Capital and to support the rapidly increasing player participation numbers with a ready, willing and able workforce who have been given the opportunity to flourish in a safe and developmental coaching environment.

Successful applicants will receive ongoing support throughout their first two years on the programme.
