"Massive thanks to Luke and his team for putting on a fantastic training session for our South East region members. This is the start of what we hope will be a long term partnership between DSAuk and Arsenal to provide football training sessions for our members."

The Dwarf Sports Association UK (DSAuk) aims to make regular sporting opportunities accessible and enjoyable to anyone with dwarfism in the UK. The day involved a really interactive football session for the players followed by a stadium tour of the Emirates Stadium. Luke Howard and his team of coaches put on a great event for the players and they are all now looking forward to the next event.

London FA are really thankful to the Arsenal in the Community coaches and DSAuk for providing the players a fantastic opportunity to get involved in football from London and the wider South East Region

Many dwarf athletes around the country enjoy participating regularly in their chosen activity, developing their skills and reaching their sporting potential. The Dwarf Sports Association UK support and provide further training opportunities and promote access to competition at local, club, national and international level, with some members having achieved great success at the Paralympic Games.

"Thank you so much to DSAuk and Arsenal for a fantastic opportunity. The coaches were great and our son had a fabulous time learning new football skills. We hope there will be more like this"

DSAuk and London FA highly encourage anyone with dwarfism in London or indeed the South East to come along to the next session, with further members from all regions more than welcome to attend.

We love the work we do partnering charities, especially when they’re experts where we have less experience. Our staff had a fantastic day meeting new people and their families and hosting some people at Arsenal who hadn’t ever been before. It’s always brilliant seeing the hard work DSAuk doing coming to fruition and hopefully we can stay present as a partner on their journey.”
