England Football are looking for players to be referred into our Women’s England Talent Pathway from ANY playing environment, including Regional Talent Clubs, Advanced Coaching Centres, Grassroots Clubs, Schools and Community environments.
For the 2021-22 season they are prioritising players born between 2005 and 2009.

Window 1 - 2nd August 2021 – 1st October 2021
Window 2 – 8th November 2021 – 11th January 2022
Window 3 – 7th March 2022 – 8th April 2022

Each Region will be supported with a core offer including Discovering Talent Events, A New Player Referral Process, CPD targeted at the female game workforce, targeted GK support, bespoke support for top talent and a workforce to support Talent ID.
