The meeting will take place in person at the Keyworth Events Theatre, Keyworth Building, London South Bank University, Keyworth Street, SE1 6NG.

The meeting will include a presentation from the Sports Governance Academy on governance progress in the sports sector over the past few years and a panel discussion with a number of London FA’s Youth Council members. This leads us into a vote on the proposed changes to London FA’s Council for the 2024-27 appointment cycle, following a full review of the London FA Council over the past few months. The Board would like to place on record it’s thanks to our Council members, and in particular the members of the Council Review Working Group, for their contribution to this review.

To allow London FA members every opportunity to better understand the proposed changes to the London FA Council, two virtual drop-in sessions have been scheduled prior to the AGM. These will be led by London FA CEO (Paul Bickerton) and will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.

Any member or member organisation wishing to attend one of these should let Paul Bickerton know directly (contact details below), no later than midday on Monday 26th June 2023. A meeting link will be sent to them.

The evening will conclude with social drinks at The Rockingham Arms nearby, to allow members the opportunity to socialise with London FA Board, Staff and Council members and each other.
