London FA has commissioned Oaks Consultancy to develop a new strategy with the aim of driving long-term commercial engagement in their mission.

Oaks Consultancy is a strategic planning and income generation consultancy for organisations with a social purpose. They provide bespoke strategic solutions for national associations, federations and governing bodies who are changing the world through sport. Their team specialise in helping organisations across the globe to transform their vision into reality and achieve long-term financial sustainability. 

The team at Oaks will be working alongside our CEO Paul Bickerton and Head of Partnerships, Aquila Burgess, to facilitate greater collaboration between commercial enterprises and our team here at London FA.

The project involves a comprehensive review of London FA’s existing activity within the commercial partnership environment, as well as industry and competitive research in order to identify prospective partners. From there, the team will work to develop a rights structure which articulates the value of different packages to potential partners.
