Mastermind 

Our Monthly Referee Education Programme is a platform that welcomes all match officials, aiming to inspire, network, and foster their personal development. Led by our experienced Referee Development Officer (RDO) and Referee Development Team, the program ensures that participants are equipped with up-to-date knowledge and skills.

The primary objective of the Mastermind is to support the growth and progress of referees through comprehensive training and coaching. This program is specifically designed to provide targeted and relevant guidance to ambitious and committed referees. Through our training sessions, we aim to equip all registered match officials with the latest information on:

• Match Guidance
• Technical Refereeing Advice

Premier League Speakers

We have hosted Premier League referees, the likes of Anthony Taylor, Jarred Gillett, Akil Howson, John Brooks and Craig Pawson who shared their journeys and provided insights into the life of a Premier League referee. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and network with fellow referees.
