Please note that we have upgraded our customer service platform. We are no longer operating our phone answering service and have instead transferred to a more accurate and efficient email management system. This new system allows us to track all queries into the organisation, set clear response times and allocate resources more effectively. .
We would strongly recommend that customers contact the organisation via one of the email addresses listed above.
We do still operate a phone system two days a week, to deal with any urgent queries following the weekend’s football activity. These lines are open from 10am to 2pm on Mondays and Tuesdays and the number to call is 020 7610 8360. Furthermore, if your query requires a specific member of the London FA team to respond, you can also contact us via our email addresses HERE
