London FA are proud to announce that three of our referees gained promotion for next season.

Morgan Conn, Tommy Breen and Deryll David have all been promoted to Contributory League Referee Step 3 and Step 2 Assistant Referee. 

On discussing his promotion, Deryll said: “I am very proud to have been promoted to Level 3. Despite starting the season injured, I was able to get enough games in and the observers and clubs have responded via good marks and feedback. Given my role as Referee Development Officer with London FA, I’m also very proud of Tommy and Morgan. Both are very hard-working referees and they have shown excellent performances this season. The provide fantastic representation for London FA and it's great that we have three more officials representing at the higher levels of the game.” 

Morgan added: “I was absolutely delighted to receive the news I had been promoted to Level 3. All the cold nights training on my own, all the sacrifices made through my career so far have been more then worth it to be where I am now.”

Finally, Tommy commented: "When the email came through on Thursday it was such a lovely surprise! After 18 months of hard work, it was great to know all my hard work and determination had paid off! I am really looking forward to walking out on the 5th as a Level 3!"
